I happened to spot it while walking in the park. Maybe there were no conferences today—I practically had the place to myself and had lunch alone, looking out at the park's autumn scenery. It's affiliated with Sapporo Grand Hotel, and a hamburg steak plate with soup and rice is 1200 yen! The floor staff wore hotel uniforms too, which felt upscale. Honestly, it's a lovely place I don't want to tell anyone about. Too bad the hours are short. Next time I want to come try the Grand Hotel's famous curry.

I heard the curry was good, so I ordered the scallop curry. It was served the authentic way, with the curry in a separate dish. The scallops weren't just on top of the rice—there were plenty of big chunks in the curry too, and I enjoyed it. It's like a Western-style restaurant curry.
