Sopracciglia aims for local production for local consumption, buying directly from producers with visible faces across Japan, starting with Hokkaido, and strives for simple cooking that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. We go in person to fields, factories, and fishing grounds, feel it firsthand, listen to the stories of producers and makers, and apply them to how we build the shop, and together with wonderful producers raise the food self-sufficiency rate of Hokkaido (Japan) and pass it on to the children of the future.

Super friendly & helpful staff! They speak English & tourist friendly even most of the customers are local. The environment is warm & comfortable, the wines are good! 100% recommended 🥰
