蕎麦切り 春のすけSobakiri Ri Haru Nosuke
[Soba to Osake Sobakiri Harunosuke] ◉ You can enjoy soba and soba-ya sake (sake and accompanying dishes). The soba is made mainly from ingredients delivered directly from farmers we have close ties with, with fragrant buckwheat flour milled in-house with a stone mill, and prepared entirely by hand.

Small little soba shop with hot and cold soup base that specialises in duck meat. Very attentive staff. Soup base is hearty and a bit salty but very tasty. Go for the thicker noodles to feel the slurp!
View on GoogleBest authentic food experience in my Japan travel. I found this place by pure chance, looking at a lot of locals in queue, so I tried my luck and was not disappointed at all. There is no English menu, so use Google translate. On top of soba, you should definitely try shochu, a liquor served in different ways: I asked for it to be served mixed with soba cooking water.
View on GoogleExcellent. Wandered over since it was close to Sapporo station. Amazing soba. Perfect texture, slightly chewy. Delicate taste, and they suggest adding a bit of salt. Had the duck tempura and soba tsukemen (dipping) style.
View on GoogleGreat little soba joint. Tempura shrimp and Camembert both good. The craft beers are a little expensive but the onuma stout was brilliant and well worth the price.
