The soba is delicious. The katsuo broth brought out the soba's deliciousness. There's soba, donburi, set menus, and also ramen; the menu is extensive and choosing is fun, which was nice. From the look of the shop, (sorry to say) it doesn't give the impression of having that wide a variety, so if you're in a hurry, it might be better to decide your order online before going in. This time it was my first visit, and I felt like eating ramen so I ordered it. It was old-fashioned ramen rather than trendy ramen. On top of the chashu there was ginger, stem wakame (I personally love stem wakame so ◎), menma and so on, and the soup was more robust than it looked. My companion ordered soba, and I personally felt I'd like to eat the soba next time. The staff's service was kind and warm in the way they spoke, which was very nice. I arrived at a good time so my wait was 0 minutes, but it filled up right away.
View on GoogleSince it was just before noon, I went to this place, which was relatively empty inside AEON Town. The interior feels old but is kept clean. There were various set menus and I couldn't decide, but I ordered the tenju set and my partner ordered the katsu-ju set. They told me that with the set menu the soba is about 70% of the usual amount, but it's still plenty. The tsuyu broth was lightly sweet and had the solid flavor I like. The sweetness of the tendon was a nice accent and delicious, but I might have liked a bit more rice 😊 The katsudon was quite delicious too!
View on GoogleThe menu was so large I couldn't decide. Perhaps because I went after noon, the wait wasn't long. By registering on LINE, we were given a "sweet potato ice cream" as a gift. There was a pop saying "How about onigiri or a mini don?", but the ice cream was richer and more surprising, so I thought it would be good if it said "How about our special ice cream after your meal?". One thing worth noting is that water and tea are served, probably buckwheat tea. For a chilled body, it was so good that I had refills. Payment is cash or PayPay only.
View on GoogleA soba shop in AEON Town Hiraoka, Kiyota Ward, Sapporo City. The soba is thin, so I think it's easy to eat even for older people. The donburi dishes were delicious too.
View on GoogleFirst visit. Even though it was past noon, I waited about 10 minutes. I ordered the squid tempura bowl and soba set. The staff's manner was humble and good, but…… perhaps because it was run by one person, we were kept waiting even though it wasn't full. Turnover is terrible. After a long wait, it finally came out, and when I tasted it…… the soba wasn't drained well, with water pooled under the plate, and the tendon was cold as if they had started boiling the soba after making it. The cold, hard batter cut the inside of my mouth. I recommend going to another restaurant! As for the taste, it's edible but I don't think it's delicious.
