I had the miso-chige and it had a rich taste and plenty of heat. As always, a good atmosphere and service...plenty of parking, especially just before closing. Favorite place on the south side of Sapporo.

There are 2 types of noodles❗ I ordered a large portion, but because of how fast the noodles get soggy, I was recommended a kaedama refill, which was the right call ⭕😁 There are 5 levels of noodle firmness: soft ~ regular ~ firm ~ barikata ~ harigane, but I recommend firm👌 The soup is small so the bowl 🍜 is also a bit small, and I worried that the kaedama choice would dilute the soup, but it comes on a separate plate so it should be no problem. Ramen is very much a matter of taste, but I think it's really delicious✨ Don't forget to buy a meal ticket at the vending machine at the entrance (lol).

You can eat delicious ramen with kids. It's a meal-ticket system, so buy a ticket first. There are miso, shio, shoyu, shrimp miso, curry ramen, and tantanmen, and there are also several kinds of soup, so I wanted to try them all. At kid-friendly ramen shops it's hard to find ramen I actually want to eat, but this place was a hit. Kaedama is 100 yen so you can share!

The tastiest ramen shop in Sapporo‼️ You can choose the noodles from either Nishiyama Seimen or Kirita Seimen from Engaru. I prefer Kirita Seimen. It's one of the few Sapporo ramen places where you can get kaedama, and you can compare the noodles.
