I visited for lunch. It was perfectly tasty, but it did not feel special or addictive. The basic つけ麺 is 1100 yen, and you can choose 200 grams, 250 grams, or 300 grams of noodles. It might be good value for big eaters. It is a mild, approachable つけ麺 that seems likely to appeal to everyone. You could call that a good point too, I suppose? Haha. They use plenty of fish powder, and the fragrant dipping broth and springy thick noodles are delicious, but perhaps it needs more depth? I felt it needed one more push, something extra. Since it is inside ブランチ, there is plenty of parking. You buy a meal ticket from the machine first, and cash and PayPay are accepted.

Visited on Saturday, March 28, Reiwa 8. It had been ages since I last went to Shin. The weather was nice that day, but it was seriously cold, so I ordered あつもり even though I was having つけめん again. I also got 豚カス丼. Since it had been so long, I got carried away and ordered 300g of noodles despite no longer being young, and got full halfway through, haha. I did have the rice bowl too, after all. But it was delicious as always. I miss the days when they were in 東苗穂. I will come again. Thank you for the meal.

A stylish interior. There are power outlets at the counter, so being able to charge your devices is nice too. It is a lovely space where you can relax. shin.’s つけめん really is delicious! The rich seafood-tonkotsu dipping broth has a well-balanced savory flavor, and the noodles disappear in no time. It is a little spicy, but apparently they can leave the spice out, so it is good for children too. When you come here, you have to get ザンギ! Enjoy it piping hot, then add a refreshing touch with lemon confit. It really is a lovely, highly satisfying restaurant.

I finally visited “ラーメンshin.”, which I had been curious about for a long time. I ordered the “つけ麺” I had come for. A lovely seafood aroma drifted up as soon as it arrived. The broth is thick and rich, with a seafood-tonkotsu base. The pork bone flavor is thoroughly concentrated, but the balance of crisp seafood notes and subtle sweetness and acidity is exquisite. Despite its richness, you can keep slurping to the end without getting tired of it. What really deserves a mention is the homemade extra-thick straight noodles! They have a wonderfully rich wheat aroma and a chewy, firm texture. The thick broth clings to them generously, making them incredibly satisfying. The chunky chashu is tender and juicy too. I finished by diluting the broth with additional stock and drinking it all. If you want bold, powerful, high-quality seafood-tonkotsu つけ麺, this is definitely the place. I will be back!
