I've been here several times. I found a good soba shop ✌️ Both the soba and tempura were piping hot and delicious, and I could feel the care put into them. When I want to eat soba, I choose here without hesitation. 💝
View on GoogleI was struggling to decide on lunch when I happened to pass by, and it had changed into a soba shop, so I went in. The yakisoba with starchy sauce (ankake) shop that was there before got a low rating from me personally though ^^; After entering, you choose your soba while looking at the menu with photos on the ticket machine with an LCD screen on the left. On 2024/04/13 it was cash only, but apparently from June they'll accept things other than cash too (what could they accept, I wonder?). I chose the tendon set (1000 yen) and large soba (+200 yen). When you pay, a claim ticket and receipt are printed, so you take them and go to a seat of your choice. The table in the center is on the low side. I think I hit my legs quite a bit when standing up and sitting down 💦 After a little while, the number printed on the claim ticket is called and you go pick it up at the counter. Water, tea, soba-yu (soba cooking water), and cutlery are things you take yourself from the counter. For the soba-yu, you pour it yourself from the pot into the kind of soba-yu container you often see at soba shops and carry it to your table. The large soba had quite a lot of volume. And the tendon? That also had quite a lot of volume. Personally, I think the soba broth could be a bit saltier, or rather, stronger in flavor. But it was delicious. The tempura on the tendon was packed with volume. As I ate, the rice ran out first 💦💦 It had shiso, shrimp, kabocha, and lotus root on it. It was delicious 🙏 I'll come again~ In the back of the shop, there were child chairs for the tatami seating and a high chair. However, the high chair... the table was low, so I wondered if the height would be okay 💦 That was the worry of a parent with a child who is almost 4 years old 😅 ※ When I searched online, it's run by the same company as the soba shop in the food court at AEON Nishioka (^-^) I've eaten there a few times too.
View on GoogleSennichi Soba. The building used to be an ankake yakisoba shop. I entered shortly after it opened at 11. It's a one-person operation; you order at the ticket machine and wait at your seat for your number to be called. This day I ordered the tendon set (cold soba) for ¥900. There were no other customers, and I was called in about 5 minutes and went to pick it up at the counter. The soba felt a bit small, but the tendon was very voluminous for a mini bowl, so in the end I was full and satisfied. The tendon topped with towering shrimp, shiso, kabocha, and lotus root was delicious. Besides tendon, this set also had options like katsudon and kakiage-don. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI ordered natto soba and squid tempura. The cold soba was crisply chilled, the noodles had a strong firmness and good springiness. The tempura tasted as good as it looked. Everything about the cooking is high-level. They say they use soba flour from Horokanai, and it is a very delicious soba shop.
