Dining area in under tent/gazebo. They provide plastic to protect your bags. Can go for ala carte or either unlimited (good value, includes unli drinks, cheapest in beer garden area, but con is premium cuts not included). Can also add unlimited beer. We tried only the Sapporo Five Star cos it was beer garden exclusive

Tourist trap. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

I reserved an indoor spot at Poplar (August 1). Highly recommend the lamb. Highly recommend the beer. No meat smell, and the smell doesn't cling to your clothes (compared to Korean BBQ restaurants). The atmosphere is very noisy. The smoke from the meat inside is heavy. Next time I'd like to use the outdoor area. (I didn't choose outdoors because I thought it would be hot, but outdoors seems better) It's a place I'd want to come back to the next time I visit Sapporo. Reservations at least a week in advance are a must. I thought I'd be late and tried to change my reservation on the same day, but it was full so I couldn't change it.

Beer and Jingisukan in a lush green park. I had ramen to finish, but the beer and Jingisukan were incredibly delicious.

The beer garden is the best!
