Found this spot randomly on google and liked their menu. There are a lot of locals but foreigners are welcomed. Order is placed via barcode. English barcode menu is available. It is located underground so the space is nice and warm (good for winters) Food is GOOD. Dumplings and Zangi is to die for!! Will go back again if possible.

The HUGE Gyoza were amazing - so fresh and tasty. Everything we had was great - ramen, Gyoza, beer, all brilliant and rounded out with friendly service. It’s a nice lively spot in a small food court with comfortable seating, not too noisy.

Most of the customers at this branch are local office workers and there are fewer tourists, so there is a bit more background chatter, but the staff were friendly and explained how to order and gave recommendations. The signature pan-fried dumplings might be the best I've had in my life; besides the juicy filling, the skin is fried to a slightly crispy texture with a faint toasty aroma, which shows true expertise. The location in downtown Sapporo is also well suited for getting there on foot
