I visited for the first time at around 11:20 on 5/16 (Saturday). There are parking spaces for 3 cars beside the restaurant. If they're full, there's paid parking across the road (60 minutes ￥330). When I visited, there were 3 groups of customers including me, so it wasn't particularly busy. The interior has large glass windows and is very bright. There are counter seats and several tables, and the space allotted per person felt slightly narrow. Still, everything was neatly organized and felt clean. Now, what I had this time was a set with both tonteki and tonburg (probably 100g each...)! ハーフ&ハーフ (￥1,450), topped with a fried egg (￥200). Large rice (free). Miso soup resembling tonjiru in a rather small bowl. I chose Worcestershire sauce for the steak sauce, at no extra charge. Cut tonteki and tonburg in a skillet. Plenty of shredded cabbage. With a fried egg alongside... It looks good, doesn't it? Beautiful. The tonteki is very tender. Into your mouth with the cabbage, half-wilted by the skillet's heat and soaked in the rich sauce and meat juices, then add some white rice and eat them together... irresistible. Delicious. Piping hot. Apparently, the tonburg is made entirely of pork, with a texture so soft you almost don't need teeth, rather like a terrine. Finely chopped onions were mixed in a moist state, and the savory pork fat and sweetness of the onions worked well. Personally, I also thought some coarsely minced meat with a little more texture might give it a more substantial eating feel. Free large rice is nice too. The miso soup was a small portion, but it contained minced meat and what looked like meat scraps?! It was tonjiru-like and quite delicious. Personally, I felt I preferred the tonteki. But I was satisfied with the flavor, price, and portion.

I've been craving pork lately サッポロトンテキ白石店, a 1-minute walk from Shiroishi Subway Station, was advertised in だるま寄席. I had today's lunch here. With the tonteki and hamburg ハーフ＆ハーフ (free large rice), I was full—or rather, I'd eaten too much. I had it with Worcestershire sauce this time, and it was very delicious. Next time I plan to try the spicy sauce.

I had 『トンテキ（ウスターソース）』. The Worcestershire sauce coated the thick-cut pork just right, and it was very delicious. They must prepare it carefully, because despite the substantial size of the pork, no part felt tough or difficult to eat. I think it's a satisfying dish with excellent value for money. The clearly visible sign saying written communication is welcome also conveys their thoughtful attention to detail. I think it's a wonderful restaurant that practices accessibility of the heart.
