We discovered this BBQ store while exploring a large playground with our daughter. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor area conveniently facing a small playground where kids can feed sheep. Children can buy vegetables from the local store directly across from the BBQ place to feed the animals, and we had a great time feeding them after letting our daughter play outside. We truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere of the BBQ store, which was mostly filled with Japanese families that day, making us feel like the only foreign family in the area. We also picked up some corn from local farms to grill—it was delightfully crunchy and sweet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and frequently replaced our metal plates. While the food was fair, the prices were surprisingly low for such a remote location

Friendly staff, and grilling Hokkaido-grown vegetables is a treat, too. When you grill outside, the blue sky and cool breeze are wonderful seasonings that make everything taste good. We enjoyed the meal. The draft beer is Sapporo Classic, poured deliciously.

On the last day of Obon, we wanted an easy barbecue and found a great spot! We'll use it again!

I was surprised by how huge the portions were. I casually stopped by Satoland and thought it was great that you could easily have a barbecue without bringing anything.

It's inside Sapporo Satoland. There are no exterior windows, but adjustable wind shields let you enjoy it in every season. The fresh, locally produced vegetables🥬 are incredibly delicious. Prices are also more reasonable than eating at a yakiniku restaurant. We came as a group of 8 and had plenty of room to eat at a large table. I think it's a hidden gem that's easy on the wallet even for large groups. For parking, I recommend parking lot 4, which is closer than the main gate😃
