This is an excellent cafe for tea! They have a wide range of Chinese and Taiwanese teas that are lovely. As tourists, we weren't sure how to use the tea brewing equipment, but the kind lady showed us how to use it to ensure our tea was brewed correctly. She also helped to explain the difference between the teas for us using a translator app which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy Taiwanese and Chinese tea cafe. Large selection of Taiwanese and Chinese oolong teas. There is a small selection of other types of tea on the secret menu if you ask. When you order you get a gaiwan and pot of water, and you can pour as many cups of tea as you'd like. Well, at least until your tea leaves run out of flavor. The owner said that the lightly-oxidized Taiwanese tea I ordered could do about 7 or 8 cups. The owner is very nice, and patiently explains how to use a gaiwan if you've never had Chinese tea before. There are only about 6 seats, so you may want to call ahead and confirm seats are available before going, especially on the weekend.

My partner and I visited this tea shop on our trip to Sapporo and it was an excellent experience. The person serving us tea was so knowledgeable and patient, and taught us a lot about the proper etiquette of drinking tea. We were made to feel very welcome and had a great experience. They also sell a variety of specialty teas to take away!

Wrote to them in English through IG asking for their address as I found them through a Japanese website and Google translation did not translate their address into English well. Never did hear back from them and when I next checked their profile, I couldn’t do so as they had blocked me, whereas my hubby can still see their IG profile. Definitely not foreigner friendly. Highly ironic considering they sell foreign (non-Japanese) teas. Bringing my family elsewhere.
