Honestly shocked by the 3.8 stars. The noodles, atmosphere, and service were all flawless. It makes me wonder if local patrons are trying to keep this place a secret from tourists! It deserves a much higher rating. Definitely a must-visit.
View on GoogleHad the Miso Ramen with gyoza, the soup was very flavourful but not too overpowering, the giant piece of thick chashu was tender and not too fatty.. staff were nice and cool .. will love to eat again if i have the chance to go to sapporo again..
View on GoogleTried the soy sauce ramen — salty ramen with chargrilled pork. The texture of the noodles was great and the meat was really delicious, but the soup wasn’t for me — a bit too salty and oily, the flavor felt overpowering after a while. The owner is very friendly and great with kids. I also appreciated how he handled the queue — some guests tried to cut in line and he politely asked them to go back, which shows good discipline and respect for everyone waiting. However, the restaurant could use a deep clean. I had to wipe the table several times before it was properly clean. Overall, good ramen with nice people running the place, but they should improve the cleanliness and balance the soup flavor a bit.
View on GoogleDropped by in a random afternoon, and it's not as bad as some recent reviews. Casual place for authentic local ramen flavors. Ordered dipping style noodle instead of the broth ones. Flavor and portion is good for a tourist. You could order from a vending machine with pictures on it, so no need for much communication. Very new and clean.
View on GoogleKinda cheap but the flavour was good, especially the broth. I bought very spicy noodle because i needed to warm my body at that time. The noodle texture was good too. I recommend this place.
