The miso is unlike anything I’ve had before. Different seasoning and a bit of sansho taste. Shio ramen is amazing as well.

View on GoogleI stopped by on my way from Okadama Airport into the city. I had assumed that "ramen is good anywhere in Sapporo," but this place is in a league of its own! I had the miso ramen, and I was moved from the very first sip of the soup. It's on par with famous shops like Saimi and Sumire—or rather, I personally might even prefer this one. On top of that, the limited-quantity "takikomi gohan" (seasoned mixed rice) is superb! It comes with one large slice of chashu and half a seasoned egg, which alone is very satisfying. The seasoning is robust, and it went perfectly with the ramen soup. There's a parking lot too, so it's easy to stop by car. It was such a jackpot of a place that I want to pat myself on the back for finding it on Google Maps. I'll definitely stop by again whenever I come to Sapporo!
View on Google2024/8/31 Well, I went back to double-check. It seems the tongue changes depending on the mood of the day, and on the excitement of going back home to Hokkaido… I felt my impressions varied compared to last time, so I went to reconfirm. After a long stay back home in Sapporo, I tend to be quite moved when I eat Sapporo food!! I recently ate at Junren, Sumire, and Saimi, so I have a firm grasp of the comparison! This is my chance! So I went!! When I arrived, the parking lot in front of the shop was full. After parking at a nearby coin parking lot and reaching the front of the shop, I heard there's also a parking lot behind the shop. Well, whatever. Last time there were about 10 people waiting outside, but this time nobody was waiting outside and I got in right away. This time again, miso, rich flavor. Then it arrived. Let's see… Hmm!! As expected from being from Saimi, it's totally different from Sumire. Little lard and a somewhat milder seasoning. But!! It's still delicious!! I hear the noodles here are also from Morizumi Seimen!! The soup felt slightly richer than Saimi's. The noodles feel similar too. Delicious. Personally, I found it tastier than Saimi!! But I don't think I'd eat here when I've gone out of my way to go back home to Sapporo. In that case, I'd rather eat at Junren, Sumire, Hayashi, and IorI!! Also, I want to go eat at Mikan~!! Personally, it wasn't at the level of going to eat there every time I go back home to Sapporo. Of course, it was delicious.
View on GoogleI had the miso for 1200 yen. The soup is rich and delicious! The ginger on top is a nice accent too. The amount of soup and noodles may be slightly small. I'm glad there's a place to sit and wait inside and plenty of parking.
