拉麵札幌 一粒庵Sapporo Ichiryuan
Small, relaxed venue making miso ramen, char siu bowls & gyoza dumplings, with simple counter seats.
Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan, located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, is a popular Hokkaido Sapporo ramen shop with outstanding access. Praised by many customers, it has been selected as one of Tabelog's Hokkaido Ramen Hyakumeiten (100 best ramen shops). It's within walking distance (3 minutes) of the South Exit of JR Sapporo Station, and convenient to visit via the underground passage [Exit 23]. We recommend making a reservation through Tabelog (a system fee of 110 yen at lunch / 220 yen at night applies). [LINE member benefit] Free parking! (※partner parking lots only) Our top recommendation as a miso ramen representing Hokkaido, "Genki no Deru Miso Ramen" (Energizing Miso Ramen), uses carefully selected ingredients and top-grade pork shoulder loin chashu, making a dish with outstanding satisfaction. Also, the "Atsuyaki…

The ramen was good, and the overall quality was satisfying. The shop is quite small, so if possible, I recommend making a reservation in advance. There is a seating charge of 200 yen per person, which is worth keeping in mind. The soup was a little salty for my taste, so if you prefer a lighter flavor, don’t hesitate to ask the staff to adjust it—they were friendly and happy to help. Overall, a nice place to enjoy Sapporo-style ramen.
View on GoogleWent to this Ramen stall for lunch & encountered a long queue. After queuing for close to 30 mins, we were ushered in to the counter seats. We ordered the energizing miso & garlic flavour miso. In general, the miso is flavourful albeit a little salty. The noodles were slightly too firm & not the al-dente kind, which we would have preferred. Might not really worth it if need to queue for more than half an hour. We had eaten at a better shrimp ramen that we liked more, two days later at Ebisoba Ichigen Ramen.
View on GoogleThe ramen is really delicious and the portion is a lot for girl. I recommend to eat the less amount of portion for girl. And Myanmar Staff May-san and Sumi-san is really kind and their service is very nice too. I would definitely come here again.
View on GoogleSapporo Ichiryuan is a small but very popular ramen shop located near Sapporo Station, and it’s the kind of place that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The shop isn’t fancy or flashy, but it has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve found a local secret. The staff are friendly and take pride in what they serve, which you can feel from the way they greet you and explain the menu. The ramen here is rich, comforting, and full of flavor. Their signature miso ramen is the highlight — the broth is thick, slightly sweet, and packed with depth. It’s the kind of soup that warms you up instantly, especially on a cold Sapporo day. The noodles are firm and chewy, and the toppings are fresh and generous. Many people also love their “genki tamago” (energy egg), which adds a creamy, satisfying touch to the bowl. Portions are filling without being overwhelming, and the ingredients taste clean and high‑quality. Even if you’re not a ramen expert, it’s easy to appreciate how balanced and satisfying each bowl is. Overall, Ichiryuan is a great stop for anyone wanting a comforting, authentic Sapporo ramen experience. It’s simple, honest, and delicious — the kind of meal that leaves you warm and happy.
View on GoogleWhile we were shopping at Daimaru Sapporo last December, we suddenly realized we were already starving and started looking for a good ramen spot nearby. After a quick Google search, I came across Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan and decided to give it a try. The shop is located in the basement of the Hokuren Bldg . When we arrived, there was already quite a long line, and we ended up waiting for about an hour before getting seated. Honestly, that alone raised our expectations. The restaurant itself is small, which is typical for ramen shops in Japan. It has that cozy, authentic local vibe. I liked that there is a stand where you can hang your jackets before sitting down, which is very thoughtful especially during winter. I ordered the Energizing Miso Ramen and it is probably the best ramen I have ever eaten. The broth was incredibly rich and deeply flavorful with that signature Sapporo style miso depth. It was savory, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. It had a strong umami punch without being overwhelming or too salty. The noodles were cooked just right with a firm bite and they held the thick miso broth beautifully. Every spoonful felt comforting and satisfying, especially in the cold December weather. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in every bowl. Overall, I highly recommend this shop over some of the ramen spots in Ramen Alley. It is worth the wait. I will definitely return to Sapporo Ichiryuan once I get back to
