Such a quaint shop that sells various combo of sandwiches… I tried the egg bacon & limited special in season Yubari melon sandwich. Both were superb! Egg bacon - loved the egg mayo & the lightly crispy bacon.. awesome combo! Yubari melon - a must have if you are in Sapporo in summer & the melon is in season! I must say this is my first time trying out a sweet fruits sandwich with generous amount of fresh cream… worth every Yen 💴

Atmosphere is marked down simpoly as its a counter selling Sandwiches. Pretty large selection of sandwiches / fresh made high turnover so they arent sitting for long. Short queue when I arrived I think I only waited about 10min. I initially got told off (very Politely) by some grannies that I wasnt in the queue. Apologised and got in the queue. I had the Tonkatsu Sandwich and the Strawberry Sandwich if I remember correctly. Might have been egg but pretty sure it was strawberry. Both were very nice fresh bread fresh cutlet fresh cream sweet delicious strawberrys (like they used to be) Prices are good 270-350 Yen. per sandwich. so no complaints at all really.

Visited in July 2026. Sapporo, Hokkaido 🇯🇵 Japan. Due to high demand, only 2–3 people can be inside at a time. Others wait outside. The sandwiches are packed very conveniently in a plastic bag with an easy-open flap, perfect for eating on the go, in the park, or on a bench. Everything is fast and well-organized. FOOD: We tried a selection: • Egg sandwich — our absolute favorite. Tender, creamy, and satisfying. • Chicken katsu sandwich — with crispy cutlet. • Shrimp cutlet with mayonnaise — sea-flavored and rich. • Vegetable with ham — fresh and light. All sandwiches are made on soft, slightly sweet crustless bread. The fillings are generous and portions are filling. The only nuance: the chicken and shrimp ones felt a bit dry. The egg and vegetable with ham were perfect — we would order them again without hesitation. The shop offers more than 10 types of sandwiches, and the fillings sometimes change. SERVICE: Quick and efficient counter service. VERDICT: Sandria is an excellent option for a quick snack in Sapporo. Tender sandwiches, convenient packaging for eating on the go, and a real local atmosphere.

I really liked Sandria’s strawberry cream sandwich, it’s not too sweet, and the fruit tastes fresh. The other fruit sandwiches were also really good. The peanut butter sandwich has crushed peanuts in it, which I liked. They also sell reusable bags if you want one. We went around 9PM just to try their sandwiches, and they still had a full selection. Customers were constantly coming in and out, so it’s clearly a popular spot.

Pretty tasty sandwiches but it’s not amazing. I visited the shop at 10+pm and still had to queue >30mins! Worth a try only if there’s no queue.
