I bought rice-flour steamed bread at “SA-LABO（サラボ）” inside the subway 白石 bus terminal. I visited around 11. Since it was almost right after opening, freshly made, slightly warm bread was on display. The sweetness is restrained and it's very simple. You can clearly taste the ingredients' deliciousness. I like the steamed bread so much that I haven't tried any other sweets from this shop. When I buy in bulk, I freeze it, and reheat it in a steamer before eating. I'm glad it turns fluffy again, just like freshly steamed bread. It's a flavor you want to eat every day, and since it's popular, I get the impression it's often sold out by the afternoon. The prepared side dishes and bentos also look carefully made, making this a place you'd want to visit specifically for the shop, not just while using the bus terminal.

I thought it was just a kiosk, but it's actually healthy and homemade. With various vegetables, koji seasonings, a good balance of meat and vegetables, great taste, and what feels like few additives, everything about it is appealing. When I'm a little tired, I get bentos here for meals with my child. The side dishes are delicious, so I hope they expand the prepared-side-dish menu. Their main shop is in 月寒, where they also make bentos to order, so I used them for a memorial service. They were delicious and a big hit.

I came to subway 白石駅 for the first time in a while and stopped by the bakery to buy a snack… but it had become a bento shop(^_^;) I felt a bit bad just peeking in and walking past, so I bought a prepared side dish. I was a little surprised! Such high quality for a prepared side dish! Delicious! I think the price is cheap too! A hamburg steak with pasta on the side for ５００円(*^^*) Next time I'll come buy a bento~(*´ω｀*) Sorry, but… having this shop here… hmm, what a shame(^_^;)

■“SA-LABO” A shop in the waiting area of the 白石 bus terminal. They sell vegetables, processed products, bread, bentos packed with vegetables, prepared side dishes, and more for takeaway. I tried buying ロコモコ丼（雑穀米） and pudding. The ロコモコ丼 had plenty of vegetables, including broccoli, purple cabbage, and carrots, and was delicious. (๑´ڡ`๑) The pudding had restrained sweetness that let you clearly taste the ingredients. Thank you for the meal(*´ω｀*)

I've tried all the prepared side dishes. What I want to eat again! is the homemade sweets! Big, moist, filling muffins! Sweet potato with refined sweetness! I recommend the steamed bread and bread!
