A large menu of mostly risotto dishes. Vegetarian option available. You can pay with cash and card (including tap to pay "touch"). They also sell gelato and other desserts which I didn't try but they looked delicious.

I came here on a date. The restaurant is an enchanting little place. The menu had a lot of options and many unique fusion combinations that I’ve never tried before. I tried the Tom Yum Seafood Risotto. They gave generous portions of seafood, but having been to Thailand, I was hoping for a stronger Tom Yum flavor. It was still pretty decent. The food was interesting and creative. They have a parking lot but it’s very small and limited.

One of my favourite restaurants in the area. Always tasty, great price and excellent ambient. Perfect for dates or having a chat with a friens. Big variety of risotto dishes.

It’s may happen when you seek something else to eat than the usual everyday menu here, there, wondering what meal can excite you, meeting a higher quality standard in a pleasant environment… Sometimes it’s permitted, why not? Well, Risotteria Gaku is the right place for such delicious experience. Great selection of different really high quality risottos, real risottos not fake ones. And not only risottos but awesome original Italian gelato. The place can be called Gelateria Gaku. No such quality in town . It was when Gelateria Roermond existed at Esta Sapporo, under Bic Camera. But since Roermond ceased to exist ( I mourned for months) I hadn’t tasted such great gelato, only here at Gaku… Cacao with cassis is my favorite. In the restaurant is a smooth jazz music, more than BGM. Decent speakers in the ceiling give a great ambiance. The jazz music is carefully selected; only the best tunes with piano solos and great bass accompaniment. Great food , great music, comfortable seatings, kind and helpful staff makes Risotteria Gaku a unique experience, a great one what needs to be repeated as soon as possible…

Food quality is exceptional. Vegetables are fresh and the food is subtle in its flavor profile. Delicious.
