I visited in the morning and had the breakfast buffet. This is the buffet restaurant at フェアフィールドバイマリオット札幌. As you'd expect from the Marriott group, there was a very wide variety of dishes, and everything I ate was delicious. A dedicated chef asks each person what they'd like and makes their egg dish. Personally, I found the soup curry quite tasty. I think it would be perfect for a hangover. There is so much variety that you won't get bored. I think guests staying several nights would be satisfied too. The standard is very high, and I recommend it.
View on GoogleI had breakfast here. The egg dishes are made on the spot. I requested one with salmon, and it was delicious. There was also a very wide variety of dishes, including pho. It gets good sunlight and is comfortable. (Other good points) ・The freshly squeezed juice is delicious. ・Drinks are served when you sit down and during the meal. ・Warmed coffee cups are provided. ・Each table has a small trash bin with a lid. I thought this was great because it keeps the tabletop tidy.
View on GoogleI like the morning buffet. They put a lot of effort into it. It's every bit as good as breakfast at Nijo Market. If you're lucky, they also have Ronnefeldt tea. At the live kitchen, they make egg dishes. My favorite is a combination of Eggs Florentine and Eggs Montreal. Top it with salmon roe and it's perfect. Takeaway cups are also provided. You can take drinks other than coffee away too. Another good point is that it's not crowded, so you can relax. I took my time reading a book.

View on GoogleThey even served ozoni (New Year only Going to eat at a foreign hotel, it's nostalgic Japanese food. I recommend 8:30~, after the group guests have left.
