I had a beautiful bowl of niboshi ramen that I’ve been craving for a long time. Ordered a standard bowl with bamboo shoots and green onions. The soup is intense and not too oily. The noodles are thick and al dente. The ordering machine is in Japanese and a little confusing. The shop is frequented by locals so if u need help, u have to be patient

My first time at a ramen shop in Japan as a foreigner. The menu was handwritten and without English but I was able to order using google translate. The lady was extremely patient and helped me order. Amazing service and food

It's a shop name that makes you want to visit once, lol. I had the niboshi shoyu ramen. It was light, but super niboshi-flavored! They also have katsuo powder on the table, so it goes well! The parking lot in front fits only 3 cars, but if you parked at the coin parking across the street, you get services like toppings, so don't forget to tell them!

There were 9 people waiting at opening time. It's a meal-ticket system, so you buy a ticket at the ticket machine right inside the entrance. At this shop, you can choose the noodles from "regular noodles / thick noodles", and you can also switch to "temomi" (hand-kneaded). On top of that, you can adjust the noodle firmness, the amount of oil, and the strength of the flavor, customizing it to your liking. This time I had the "Kara (spicy) tsukemen" with 1.5 portions of noodles, with thick noodles + temomi🍜 Toppings were menma, seasoned egg, chashu, and yuzu peel (free). ※If you use coin parking, press the pink "Parking Service" button at the upper right of the ticket machine to get a service ticket. You can receive a topping service. The soup is the so-called Taishoken / Marucho style, soy sauce-based and rich. The noodles are low-hydration, whole-wheat flat thick noodles, a bit unique. Tastes may differ, but I really liked this combination. The spiciness comes from the homemade niboshi chili oil, but it's mild, and I think it's at a level that even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy🌶️ On the table there are ichimi, mackerel-garlic powder, and katsuo powder. The mackerel-garlic powder is especially recommended for changing up the flavor❗️
