It has been many years since you last visited. Ordered the chicken soup base, very yummy. They even have sardines infused vinegar for the chuka soba. Wish the air con was stronger or may be I should have sat in front of the air con cos I was so hot.
View on GoogleRamen Review: Best Shoyu Ramen in Sapporo, Hokkaido If you find yourself in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and are in search of the best shoyu ramen in town, look n o further than here. This hidden gem not only serves an exceptional bowl of shoyu ramen but also offers a Cha Siew rice t hat is both affordable and incredibly delicious. The Shoyu Ramen From the first sip of the rich, savory broth, it's clear that this shoyu ramen is a cut above the re st. The soup has a perfect balance of soy sauce and umami flavors, creating a deep, satisfying taste wit hout being overly salty. The noodles are impeccably cooked, maintaining a slightly firm texture that holds up well in the bro th. Toppings include tender slices of pork, crisp bamboo shoots, fresh green onions, and a perfectly sof t-boiled egg that oozes golden yolk when cut. Cha Siew Rice While the shoyu ramen is undoubtedly the star, the Cha Siew rice is a must-try side dish. At an unbelievably affordable price, this dish features succulent slices of barbecued pork laid over a bed of fluffy rice, drizzled with a sweet and savory sauce. Not forgetting the service staffs and chefs are really friendly. No English menu but no problem at all. Really enjoyed and the price is very very very affordable.

View on GoogleVisited in 2025年7月【Everyone, please pay more attention to the chashu too】 Visited on a certain Sunday. Arrived before 11時. Opening time was 10時半. I thought, "I might not be able to park," but apparently there really aren't many customers in Sapporo who rush in right at opening, so I parked without any trouble. Tabelog's parking information is inaccurate. Someone, please correct it. The contracted parking lot across the road apparently can no longer be used, and there seem to be spaces for 6 cars at the former Rising site a little farther away. That's fine in cool weather, but when it's hot, you don't want to walk even a little, do you? There were 3 customers already there. More customers arrived as time passed, and it was almost full when I left. There are only counter seats, some facing the kitchen and some facing outside. 12 seats in total? The ticket machine doesn't accept the new banknotes. I immediately had a staff member exchange my money. When I withdrew money at an ATM, all the thousand-yen notes were new ones. New notes are gradually taking over, so although it would cost money, I'd really like a popular shop to accommodate them. (Please check the latest situation) They bring you cold water, and there's a pitcher at each seat. There was a wall-mounted TV, but it was OFF. Baskets for belongings are available. ● Tokusei seabura chuka soba 1280円 Popularity No.1! You can choose shoyu or white (shoyu?). I chose shoyu. The noodles are fairly thick and curly, with a slightly translucent color. A somewhat chewy texture. They're thick, but seem to offer relatively little resistance when bitten. Soup To me, it's a light, clear style with a delicate flavor. It's hard to tell at first, but as it cools, the niboshi flavor emerges clearly. There is almost no harshness or bitterness from the niboshi. A refined extraction. The pork backfat and oil are clean, without any unpleasant smell. On the other hand, they have little impact in terms of richness or sweetness. Chashu 5 thin slices. I noticed a slight unpleasant smell in some parts. And only 1 slice tasted seared. The chashu is seasoned so faintly that it's hard to tell whether it has any seasoning at all; it tastes like an empty shell. I think, "If you've stripped all the flavor out of it, please properly add some flavor back," but perhaps this is already seasoned? I'm honestly curious what approach to chashu produces chashu like this. ● Aburi chashu don 400円 Thinking calmly, it may be reasonable for 400円, or they may even be doing a good job for that price, but I felt the food photo made it look a little more impressive than it was. That raised my expectations, so I was a little disappointed. Well, the portion size was my own misunderstanding, so that's fine, but the treatment of the chashu, just like in the ramen, still strikes me as Osomatsu-kun-level slapdash. It is seared, but I feel the chashu itself has almost no seasoning, while the sauce is scant and vaguely bland. I think a little saltiness can bring out the sweetness and umami of the ingredients. So, I may have used quite a few harsh words, but I comment with higher standards for highly rated shops, popular shops, and items with fairly substantial prices.
View on Google〜A bowl with a perfect balance of niboshi umami and pork backfat!〜 A ramen shop in a residential area of Hiraoka, Kiyota-ku Since opening in 2017, it quickly became popular With its delicious clear soup and beautiful presentation It continues to captivate many fans What I had this day was ・Ajitama seabura chuka soba The most popular seabura chuka soba topped with an ajitama Umami-packed niboshi soup with plenty of pork backfat Its mellow, deeply rich flavor is exceptional The slightly thick, curly noodles have an excellent chewy texture They hold the soup well, showing how well-crafted the bowl is And the 2 types of chashu shouldn't be missed either The pork thigh and chicken loin are both tender With exquisite seasoning that enhances the soup's flavor So delicious you find yourself wanting slice after slice It had been a while since my last visit to RAMEN RS改 Next time I'd like to try the light, clear tori dashi shoyu Thank you for the meal!
