Rich tonkotsu ramen Oppeshan. We take strong pride in "flavors that can only be made in the shop," "the deliciousness of freshly made food," and "ingredients chosen with all our effort." When customers tell us "We'll come again," I truly feel glad I took up this work. Please try our ramen, which we make with the feeling of creating our own work one bowl at a time. The shop owner

Excellent meat in the miso ramen. Soup is good too but the meat is the best. Great service, reasonably priced. Cash only.

Highly customizable ramen shop. The main feature is A LOT of meat!!! You can choose the type of soup, its thickness, fatness, the hardness of noodles, toppings as moyashi, meat, menma, eggs... If you ask for moyashi in a separate dish, they will give you A LOT of it!!!!!! Definitely must visit. Unique ramen.

Oppeshan Ramen 950 yen Dropped in here on a whim. Sunday 19:00, there were 5 or 6 groups of customers. It's good that they're open late. There are many staff, but It feels like Kumamoto ramen, tonkotsu with ma-yu. Its features are sweetness and richness. It was good that it had a seasoned egg and nori, but the taste was within expectations. The amount of noodles is a little on the small side. Is it designed so that a kaedama refill is the default? Rice was 180 yen so I skipped it

Having learned that the 10th of every month is cheaper, I used to go almost every month. When the Oppeshan ramen went up from 500 yen to 600 yen it was still okay, but eventually it became topping-less at 580 yen… I wish they had at least raised the price while keeping the toppings. Without the pork belly chashu and wood ear mushrooms, there's no point in going to Oppeshan… I understand it was probably an unavoidable decision in this era of rising prices, but I'm very disappointed and let down. As for service, the male staff are rather loud but quite a few of them are pleasant. The female staff chat happily with the other staff, but some cook looking listless without a smile. It was Kumamoto ramen close to home that I sometimes crave like crazy, but I think I won't go anymore.
