Small ramen joint mostly focusing on chicken based broth, with simple limited menu. The broth was very rich and flavorful without overpowering. Online ordering. Limited seats.
View on GoogleWhile walking around looking for lunch, we passed by this ramen shop & decided to give this place a try — so glad we did. The ramen is genuinely authentic Japanese ramen. The char siew absolutely melts in your mouth; the meat is so tender it just breaks apart. The broth is rich and comforting without being too heavy. The gyoza tastes like it’s home-cooked, warm and familiar, not overly greasy. Their onsen eggs are just right too — perfectly cooked with that creamy yolk. Such a great find from a random walk-in!
View on GoogleAlright, Sapporo, you’ve got a hidden gem on your hands, and I’m not sure you’re ready for this level of ramen perfection. ラーメン-麺のひな詩-Ramen Men no Hinauta is THE spot. Small, cozy, and tucked away near Sapporo Station, it feels like I stumbled into a secret noodle paradise. The ramen? AMAZING. Every slurp was a symphony of flavor—rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that made my taste buds sing. This place knows what they’re doing, and they’re doing it right. If you’re in the area, don’t walk—RUN to this place. Just don’t tell too many people, okay? Let’s keep this treasure for those who truly appreciate the art of ramen.
View on GoogleQuiet little ramen shop that I hopped into to avoid the rain. Owner was friendly and fairly good with English. He asked what I wanted and also gave his own, more knowledgeable, opinion when I asked. I like how he used the blowtorch to put a little crisp on the pork. Overall would recommend to anyone in the area.
View on GoogleAmazing small ramen joint with an owner that puts a lot of love in his food. We really enjoyed our ramen and curry here. Definitely one of the best ramen we’ve had! Highly recommended!
