best ramen i have had so far. spicy ginger miso ramen and their chasiu were amazing.
View on GoogleA hidden-gem ramen shop in the Fushiko area of Higashi Ward, Sapporo. As the sign says, they're committed to using no chemical seasonings or additives at all, and with one sip the deep umami of the ingredients slowly spreads. A bowl of clear soup topped with carefully arranged tsukune and chashu is a flavor where you can truly feel "sincerity." The cute black pig statue at the entrance is the landmark, and the interior has a calm atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your meal.
View on GoogleThe Japanese dashi ramen had a gentle flavor and was delicious! But above all, the thing to highlight is the chashu! Or rather, the mini chashu bowl is insanely delicious! Next time I plan to go for the chashu bowl!
View on Google【2025.12.07】 Lunch at 《Ramen Koya Fu》 with the "Wadashi Shoyu Ramen" and "Mini Aburi Chashu Don" The shop is about a 5-minute walk south on Naebo-dori from Mega Center Trial Fushiko, or about 1 minute by car The red shop-front curtain is the landmark Inside there are 7 counter seats, and to the right as you enter, one 4-person table and one 2-person table I sat at the counter and checked the menu ●The basics are 3 types: wadashi shoyu, katsuo shio, and mildly spicy ginger miso ※for the spicy one, you can choose spice levels 1–3 + extra hot Plus clam shoyu is added for the lunch session and spicy miso for the dinner session ●Side menu: rice in 2 sizes, regular and large; aburi chashu don in 3 sizes, mini, regular, and large ●Toppings: extra aburi chashu, soft-boiled seasoned egg, and others, 5 items + bottled beer I ordered the wadashi shoyu ramen topped with a soft-boiled seasoned egg and added a mini aburi chashu don—order complete For wadashi shoyu, you can optionally add chopped yuzu on a separate plate, but I ordered without yuzu In about 5 minutes, the ramen with an elegant aroma of wadashi (bonito) and the aburi chashu don arrived ◾️The soup is proudly additive-free and free of chemical seasonings! You can really taste the wadashi, full of umami! Nothing lacking! ◾️The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles, cooked on the soft side (they may have gotten a bit soggy while I was taking photos?) ※Tahei Kobayashi Seimen ◾️2 slices of chashu, thick yet tender! Well marinated and delicious ◾️1 fluffy chicken-burdock tsumire! ◾️The menma is thick-cut yet tender, with a gentle flavor ◾️The soft-boiled seasoned egg has a stronger flavor than it looks, GOOD ◾️The (Mini) Aburi Chashu Men-Don has 3 glossy slices of aburi chashu topped with sweet-savory sauce and egg yolk! It soaks into the rice too—the best! Recommended! There's parking for about 4 cars in front of the shop
View on GoogleI had the wadashi shoyu ramen. I can't give a sophisticated ramen review, but it's a ramen I really, really want people who don't like strong flavors or oily food to try🍜 If I hadn't been full, I'd have wanted to drink all the soup—it's that light, yet you can feel the depth of the dashi, a dish I enjoyed to the very end🫄 Next time I'm nearby I want to come back and try a different flavor😌
