A wide variety of ramen. I had the spicy tonkotsu. There’s braised pork ( comes with pork slices as well), miso, shoyu etc Noodles were al dente which is how it is supposed to be. Not under-cooked as mentioned in other reviews 😂 Only counter seats available so the 7 of us sat in a row
View on GoogleThe taste was definitely good but the noodles were not properly cooked. Also, the place is low on sanitization. No barriers between customers to prevent the spread of corona. But the taste of miso was worth it

View on GoogleAlong National Route 36, look for the Corolla Sapporo head office building! A key transit location, open a bit later than the other 4 branches!! Since the Misono branch opened, because of the deliciousness of the miso ramen that Owner Tetsuya Utsumi cooked with his wok and because I stop by Corolla Sapporo, this is the branch I use most! I found a long-overlooked post gap and am posting belatedly... The menu even has 'Shoyu Sandaime', and the honten-limited 'Makanai Ramen' is also soy sauce flavored, but since I like miso ramen, I topped miso with a seasoned egg! The moderately floating back fat adds mellowness and is delicious 😋 Maybe just this time... but my tongue, which remembers the powerful flavor from when it first opened, felt it was a weak flavor. One reason may be that the chashu had a gamey smell 🤔 This year, for the 30th anniversary, free rice even on weekends 🎉 It's not in the top 3 of miso ramen in the city, but it's in the top 10 🎉
View on GoogleI was hungry, so I entered a bit early for dinner at 4:30 PM. It was nice that I could park in front of the shop. (Probably only 3 cars can park.) When I went in, there was a very nice smell 🤗 I ordered miso kakuni ramen, shoyu ramen, gyoza, and makanai-don. Water is self-service. The ramen arrived without much waiting. The soup was very delicious, and the noodles were firm and blended well with the soup, so very delicious. I heard that rice is provided free on weekdays. That's appreciated amid rising prices. When I visited it was a Saturday, so no free rice 😢 But I ordered the recommended makanai-don. The fat of the chashu and the sauce went so well with the rice, it was so good I wanted to eat it in a large bowl. The miso kakuni ramen was very rich and I think it goes well with rice. It's been a while since I met such delicious soup. The rice in the makanai-don was delicious rice. I'm grateful for serving truly delicious ramen. Thank you ♪ The staff were also pleasant and it was comfortable. I'll stop by again 🤗 Thank you for the meal. *Next door across the road is Starbucks. I was full, but I wanted something cold from Starbucks (lol)
