A group of 4 people visited on a thursday for lunch at around 12pm. We parked in the nearby supermarket and walked to the shop. But there is a notice on the shop door that there is parking in the nearby parking lot. The space inside is not huge and there is table and counter seating. We ordered ramen and yakisoba. It took them about 20 minutes to prepare the food. The portion size is big and tasted good.

Today again I drove out in search of tasty ramen and came to Iwahashi! Looking at the menu I wanted to try the set menus too, but I was very curious about the potato butter ramen (1030 yen), so I asked for the large portion (100 yen)! It arrived. First I tried a sip of the soup, and it was an insanely good soup with exquisite, richly flavored butter melting into it! The noodles had a springy texture and were delicious coated in the butter soup, and the potatoes are peeled and cooked after the order is received, so they're extremely fresh! The chashu was nicely salted and pleasantly chewy, and I enjoyed it again today 😋🍴💕! In the end, ramen really depends on the maker, and whatever you put in, it becomes delicious ramen!

I love machi-chuka (town Chinese restaurants) so I came. I ordered the ramen and half fried rice set, natto fried rice, and chamen (yakisoba with thick sauce). The ramen was old-fashioned, light, and delicious, and the fried rice dishes were delicious too! Why is fried rice at machi-chuka so good, lol. The chamen—maybe there was little sauce or the noodles didn't loosen—felt like the sauce didn't cling to the noodles. The standalone fried rice comes with miso soup, mayonnaise pasta salad, and pickled radish. The ramen set also came with pickled radish. The people at the shop had a good atmosphere too and I enjoyed the meal. ← I really think this is important and matters for the rating. Overall, I thought I'd come again when I'm nearby.

A married couple who love mountain climbing welcome you. The owner is a man of few words, but the service and speed of serving are beyond complaint. The ramen is of course delicious, but the set meals and yakisoba are popular. The fried rice is a bit oily, but for those who like it, it's a taste you'll get hooked on. If you order beer they give you an otoshi appetizer, and during the service time from 17:00 they give you gyoza. Parking is next to the shop and a 1-minute walk away, with room for about 5 cars. The opening hours are long so you can eat leisurely. The recommendation is the Kanton-men loaded with ingredients! The miso ramen is lightly seasoned and the shoyu ramen is clean and light.

Ordered Kanton-men A taste with a nostalgic old-time feel. The noodles are a bit unusual, thin, crispy and chewy? A texture I've never had before. From the evening, for 2 people with an order of 1,500 yen or more, 6 gyoza are complimentary! Takeout is OK too 👌 The Kanton-men portion is fairly large and my stomach was very satisfied
