I had lunch at ラーメン大将 in Kikusui Motomachi, Sapporo! I used to think of ラーメン大将 as a late-night Chinese restaurant that was cheap, reasonably tasty, and loved by students, but now it's incredibly delicious (my personal opinion) 肉味噌ラーメン used to feel so cheap with plenty of meat, but now it costs nearly １０００円. Still, it's become incredibly tasty! I used to think of the broth as very sweet Sapporo miso, but now it has a bit of a spicy kick. I feel it's gained a punchier flavor. At this quality, I honestly think it's cheap!! At lunchtime, customers keep coming in without a break, and the shop feels lively. The staff's service is wonderful too. I'll be back!

Ordered my usual number 1 set (チャーハン, ワンタンスープ)!! The fried rice and soup are both truly delicious, and I'm amazed every time I eat them. The fried rice in particular is fragrant, seasoned with salt and pepper and thoroughly stir-fried over high heat. The wonton soup is strongly flavored with a good sesame-oil presence and plenty of wontons. The food arrived quickly after ordering, just as you'd expect from a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, which was great!!

My first visit, brought along by some young guys with hearty appetites. A nice-looking shop that seems likely to appeal to construction workers and laborers. Looking through the menu, everything at this neighborhood Chinese restaurant looked delicious. The many set meals made a good impression. This old guy likes wontons, so I ordered the fried rice set. I personally believe that if a Chinese restaurant's fried rice is good, everything there will be good. The salt balance was exquisite; the fried rice was delicious. Soon after I started on the fried rice, the set's wonton soup arrived. Its size startled me: basically wonton noodles without the noodles. I wondered if I could finish it, but the salt balance was exquisite too, not overly salty and quite light, so I easily finished it all with the fried rice. The wontons were smooth and delicious too. I'd like to come back if I get the chance. But eating lunch here every day would definitely make you gain weight. It's a shop for construction workers doing physical work.

It arrived fast❗The fried rice arrived fast too❗(○_○)！！ I went at lunchtime, and the tables and raised floor seating were almost full❗After ordering, huh! It's here already‼️That speed is much appreciated❗👍 A little rich and oily, but delicious❗️😋 The chashu is thick and fairly large too❗(^_^)v The fried rice is delicious too! A flavor you can't recreate at home!👍 ※The tables! The vinyl seat cushions! A little sticky with oil! With this level of popularity, I guess it can't be helped!😁

Apparently it's a ramen shop where the set menus & set meals are populaaar〜♪ 肉チャーハン is suuuper popular, and ニラレバ定食 & 肉野菜炒め定食 are suuuper popular too (lol) It's a ramen shop, buuut? For ramen, 大将ラーメン is recommendeeended! Apparently it's ramen with a thickened sauce〜♪The rice with the set meals is piled hiiigh, and that's not a large portiooon, so ladies, order less riiice, okaay〜(lol) Payment is caaash up frooont, so after ordering, pay the female staff member, okaay!
