The staff's attitude was the worst! ☆ Even minus 100 would be too much. I sat at a window-side seat, but an automatic serving robot rammed into me from behind. There was no announcement at all that it had arrived, and it bumped into the chair I was sitting on from behind and stopped. The ramen tipped over and fell on the floor, and the hem of my clothes got dirty. The kitchen can see the hall through a clear acrylic panel. They probably assumed that we had moved the chair and bumped into it. A young part-time worker came and dealt with it, but the blunt middle-aged woman just stood there and did nothing. When I said, "My clothes got dirty, please lend me a cloth," the older woman went back to the kitchen. I waited but she showed no sign of bringing one at all, and I was annoyed, so my husband went to get it. The part-timer was a nice kid and apologized, but the middle-aged woman and man in the kitchen did absolutely nothing. I told the part-timer, "In situations like this, the people above are supposed to handle it. It's not your fault." It's pitiful to work in a place like this. Ah, I walked into an infuriating shop for the first time in a long while. What if I had been burned? What if it had spilled on a small child? To begin with, there are only 3 customers in the shop, so don't rely on a robot! That robot's sensor is definitely broken. I'll never go again!
View on GoogleIt's not that it's spicy and delicious, but you sometimes crave it, don't you? Is it just me? I'll probably come again.
View on GoogleAfter a drive, I had miso ramen and fried rice for dinner around 8 PM. It has parking and is open until 9 PM, which is convenient. There's no line-waiting like at the famous shops in Susukino, which is very helpful for families. ⚫️Miso ramen: I'm happy there are lots of vegetables. It also has plenty of chashu, so it feels like better value than the price. For women, even a half portion might be enough. However, maybe because it's a cold region? As a Kansai person, I found the saltiness of the soup and menma strong. ⚫️Fried rice: The fluffy, loose type, and the balance of seasoning and ingredients was good and delicious! A cat robot brought it to us.
View on GoogleI went to the Sohonten (main head shop) around 3 PM. It was a late hour so customers were sparse and it was quite empty. I ordered miso ramen, but the noodles came out in a clump. If it's busy, I can understand the reason even if I can't accept it. Couldn't they make ramen properly during an empty, idle time? I want the headquarters to give guidance, so I'm writing here. It's disappointing if a shop calling itself the Sohonten is at this level. Please improve quickly.
View on GoogleI was told to quiet my child because it was bothering the other customers, but the noise from the 4 men at another table seemed much louder to me? The person who seemed to be the manager had unshaven stubble, shiny hair, and long hair just tied back. His clothes were dirty too. The noodles were also a different firmness each time. Hard and crumbly. And clumped noodles. This is the Takikawa branch. It wasn't like this before, and when the shaved-head staff member was there before, I ate there and it was normally delicious. Now it's the worst. I never want to go again.
