らーめん清湯Raamen Kiyoshi Yu
【Opened Tuesday, March 1, 2022】 We serve tanrei-style light shoyu ramen centered on jidori chicken, shio ramen with a kombu and seafood broth, and vegan ramen with a vegetable soup that uses no animal products. We're currently also serving kimagure miso ramen with a 100% chicken broth soup. We also make limited-edition ramen on an irregular basis. Please check the shop's Instagram for announcements about limited-edition ramen. With each bowl of ramen, draft beer or lemon sour is free. For children, we have a juice of the day. @ramen.ching_tang

A small ramen Restaurant, run by one person, offering one vegan ramen. The ramen was decent and felt authentic. I didn't have to wait very long and Had a good time, the ramen also aren't very expensive. The vegan ramen at 一粒庵 are more than double the price.
