I don’t like fried things so I ordered salty chicken ramen. The soup was delicious! I still got one slice of fried chicken skin, but it was good.

Visit date 2026..1.19 After 14, once lunchtime was over, I visited 銀波露 for the first time in a while. It's on the 2nd floor of ラソラ in 東札幌. My first time at this branch! I had miso several times in the past, but this time I tried soy sauce for the first time. ■香ばし醤油　950円 ■ネギマヨチャーシュー　380円 Watching the kitchen, they were vigorously stir-frying vegetables, with flames coming out of the wok. This definitely looks like it'll be fragrant! Sure enough, the soup had the sweetness of vegetables, and was piping hot and fragrant. The stir-fried vegetables were piping hot and delicious too. There were 2 large slices of chashu, and those were delicious too. No wonder it's a popular shop! The noodles were on the thin side and easy to eat, and went down effortlessly. There were 3 ネギマヨチャーシュー, a perfect size for a side dish. Recommended if you'd like a little rice rather than a large serving✨ At ラソラ, even if you don't shop, parking is free for 1 hour, so it's convenient to drop in casually～✨ Thanks for the meal!

Soy sauce ramen topped with pork belly chashu, paiku, and chicken! Just as the impressive sight of meat spilling over the bowl suggests, this was an incredibly delicious bowl. The combination of umami-rich soup and juicy toppings is perfect. Completely satisfied, that's all I can say. I'll definitely be back!!

I'd been drawn to its delicious-looking appearance, so when I remembered this place, I went in. It was 20, so it wasn't busy. I ordered「香ばし味噌」with negitama and nori toppings. As you can see in the photo, it looks striking. But I think it's a matter of taste: it felt too mild for me. The noodles were thin and curly, which isn't my preference, and I didn't find it fragrant enough to call it「香ばし」. It wasn't bad at all, but my satisfaction was about average. I remembered the ramen I ate long ago at 銀波露 in おおあさ? being delicious, but I think the taste has completely changed since then. More than 20 years ago, they didn't call it fragrant, but it had a sesame aroma and a punchy flavor, and was incredibly delicious. Maybe this branch uses health-conscious ingredients? If so, they should indicate that clearly. The staff's service was very pleasant and lively, which was good. The seasoned egg topping went well with the soup and was rich and delicious. The seasoned egg was the best part.

Early 2026.2. (240) I visited【らぁめん銀波露 ラソラ札幌店】. When it comes to 銀波露, it's「醤油」! Today I ordered「のりたまらぁめん(醤油)」,「とろ〜り温たまつくね丼」and「旨塩ザンギ(1個)」. The のりたまらぁめん toppings are stir-fried vegetables (onions, leafy greens), fairly thick chashu ✕2 slices, menma, long green onions, toasted sesame, fried garlic (thin pieces), and roasted nori and an onsen egg on top. The noodles are medium-thick and curly, and the soup is pork-bone-based with a soy sauce flavor. The stir-fried vegetable flavor is lovely! Delicious. And the chashu is properly thick too, nice! The とろ〜り温たまつくね丼 has 1 tsukune so large that you can't see the rice, with an onsen egg sitting on top! It has a special sauce and green onions. Mixing the fluffy tsukune with the onsen egg is just amazing! Wrapping it in the roasted nori from the ramen is delicious too! Apparently you can order 旨塩ザンギ starting from 1 piece, so if ramen and fried rice don't fill you up, do order it! Thank you for today's meal. I'll come again. Thanks for the meal.
