I went in around 17: on a weekday. The HAPPY TIME sign out front drew me in. There were no customers at that hour. I went with the happy time menu. Beer, of course, zha cai and 3 snack gyoza, plus a choice of dish. I had the lightly simmered tofu and shrimp with a salt seasoning. All alcoholic drinks are half price, and since there aren't similar places around here, I'd say it's recommended for people who want a drink.

It's nearby, so I occasionally go there for ramen. At lunchtime it can be full, and you may have to wait. The interior is fairly spacious, and the window seats have a nice view. My top recommendation is definitely tantanmen. The red soup looks extremely spicy, but it has a mild heat with a sesame-miso base, and it's my favorite. There are various other ramen too, all delicious, and I think it's a high-quality restaurant. Of course, they also have Chinese dishes, and the dim sum is delicious. I also recommend the ankake yakisoba, and I'm always torn between ramen and ankake yakisoba. The lunch set includes half-size ramen, half-size fried rice, a small Chinese side dish, and salad for under 900円, which is good value. Overall, individual dishes may be a little pricey. Personally, I recommend this restaurant.

On the 2nd floor of rasora札幌, in the food area lined with restaurants, there's a Chinese restaurant, 北京厨房 京花楼. It was Saturday afternoon, but there was only 1 group of customers, which made me a little uneasy…😓 The interior has table seating, and some areas have partitions, which is nice… I just don't really like places that lack energy😑 My girlfriend ordered a ramen and fried rice set, and I ordered Wあんかけ (rice and noodles) on its own. My girlfriend said she wouldn't recommend the set😓 The Wあんかけ comes on a huge plate about the size of a tray, which really gets you excited😄 The thick sauce had a strong soy sauce flavor that went well with both rice and noodles, and was delicious😋. There were small amounts of scallops and shrimp too, so you could sense they were making an effort😌 But even lunch costs in the 1000円 range… Comparing photos from past reviews, it seems the prices have gradually gone up too😓 The taste didn't exceed expectations either, so if asked whether I'd come back, honestly I'd have to think about it.

Visited for lunch. The staff worked efficiently, which left a good impression. I wasn't expecting much from a Chinese restaurant in a commercial complex, but it was surprisingly delicious. I do think the noodles should be fried a little more.

I had an afternoon meeting at a worksite in 白石区, so I stopped by【京花楼 ラソラ札幌店】for lunch beforehand😃 It's on the 2nd floor of B Town in ラソラ札幌. You can use the ラソラ札幌 parking lot, free for 1 hour, or 3 hours with purchases of 1,000円 or more, including dining, of course. There are table seats; you sit down and order, then pay at the register. This time I ordered『日替りランチ(回鍋肉、大盛ライス、サラダ、揚げ物、漬物)(990円)』😆 The 回鍋肉 was delicious, and so were the fried items😆 The large serving of rice made me happy too—a lovely lunch😃
