I came here to enjoy the siméparfa culture that you can only experience in Sapporo. There was no wait when I went at 9 PM on weekdays. As time went on, the line grew longer.By the time we left, the wait was quite long. The parfait perfectly matches the menu photos. It takes quite a while to get it out since we put our heart into it. But it's worth the wait🍨🍧🍹 I enjoyed it deliciously
View on GoogleParfait, coffee, liquor, Sato is definitely my favorite 夜パフェ place. The interior of the store is very classy! The parfaits are basically artworks. Each layer tastes different but have a really good balance. I’ve tried 3 different parfaits here and they were all amazing. The hot chocolate was too thick and too sweet to go well with the parfaits. Would highly recommend to get alcohol or coffee. We went there at 17:30 the first time and didn’t have to queue up. The second time we went there around 19:45 and got seated at 20:30. This time we even got the お通し, apparently if you order alcohol after 18:00, you will get the お通し~
View on GoogleParfait Sato is a great spot if you’re in the mood for dessert that feels a bit more special. I tried the seasonal strawberry matcha parfait and really enjoyed how all the different layers and textures came together. It almost felt like eating a piece of art, both visually and in terms of how everything was balanced. The atmosphere was also very laid-back, which made it a nice place to just slow down and enjoy the moment. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into more refined, well-composed desserts.
View on GoogleThis place is so popular that it's always packed. Having parfaits in the evening is a local tradition. We suggest going during the day on a weekday. The parfaits looked stunning, and the flavors were even better! You can tell the staff prepared these with love, taking time to make each layer, which is why they're a bit pricey but totally worth it! Highly recommended!
View on GoogleAbsolutely impressed with Parfait, Coffee, Liquor, Sato — a hidden gem for dessert and coffee lovers! Every dish is thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. The pistachio ice cream with the animal-shaped cookie was not just cute but packed with deep nutty flavor. And their signature parfait is an artwork in a glass — layers of fruit, matcha cream, ice cream, and textures that balance perfectly. It’s not just dessert; it’s an experience. Their coffee is rich and full-bodied, brewed with precision — just what I needed. The shop has a modern yet warm ambiance, with a clean counter-style setup where you can watch the staff prepare your dish with care. Service was polite and efficient. You can truly feel the attention to detail in everything they serve. Whether you’re a parfait fan, pistachio lover, or simply enjoy great desserts in a chill atmosphere, this place is highly recommended!
