I really enjoyed my dinner at P’tit Sale. The service was friendly and did their best to explain to me the dishes despite me not speaking Japanese, portions were generous and prices were very solid for the technical level of french cooking and preparation you’re getting. I did not order them, but the fact that they have Hokkaido wine is a big plus. I walked away feeling full, satisfied, having gotten good value, and you can’t ask for much more than that!
View on GoogleThey were kind enough to provide reservation on google map so foreign tourists like my kind could easily make reservation . We ordered a dinner course which came with a salad ,cold plate ,seasonal soup , seared wagyu, fish fillet and dessert for 6800 yen . Food was great except for the fish fillet which came a little bit dry and flavourless . The pace of the service was also considerably slow , we spent 20 minutes waiting for the arrival of the main dish after finishing the appetiser .But all in all it’s still a great value of money and would recommend fellow tourists to try it out .
View on GoogleBeen here multiple times. I love their beef and foie gras so much!! Their salad is also good, but the mussels are a bit too salty for me, I have also suggested to have more sauce on it. Overall it’s a very cosy dating place for lunch, they have outdoor seats as well. Easy to park nearby, it’s in the city center.
View on GoogleGreat food and great wine. I highly recommend the Hokkaido sweet wine! It was so good! We tried the Christmas dinner course and it was good and filling. I also like the ambiance because it was overlooking the park which had night illumination during wintertime. Beautiful!
View on GoogleMeal: Wine/Snacks Day Visited: Friday Budget: ¥2,500 Closest Station: Sapporo Reservation Needed?: Probably not Payment: Cash; Credit; E-Payment Kid Friendly?: No English Menu?: Yes Slightly more flash than substance, the main thing this restaurant has going for it is the patio seating. Our table Chardonnay was over-priced and mediocre, as was my charcuterie board. The cheesecake was nice, but the portion was small. Final verdict: it’s fun to sit outside during Sapporo’s summer and fall, but if you have another option, I would probably skip this place.
