This is a small chain but we had some of the best service and great food. Crab miso was super crispy, deer sausages were good as German style sausage, nihonshu menu had an ok selection. The raw fish you see was delicious and then ask them to deep fry the rest and you have healthy bone tempura. It's all little rooms so easy to get lost! Maybe skip the cheese if you are expecting western style.

This is where the locals come. Very good sushi. After countless tourist traps, this place felt not the least bit patronizing.

I visited Susukino for the second time in half a year, to see the "Snow Festival". Half a year ago I came to this shop for the first time and it was good, so this time too I came for dinner again! Amazing! The staff remembered me and called out to me right away! I was so moved! 🎵😍🎵 Being called out to by the staff right after entering made me very happy, and since I'm traveling alone in Susukino, it was very reassuring. I went right at opening. I hadn't made a reservation, but there was a seat. I asked for a counter seat and, chatting with the sous chef for the first time in half a year, I had several of the "Snow Festival period limited menu" items. Shirako! Scallops! Delicious, aren't they! ✨After eating sushi, please try this shop's rich shrimp miso ramen. It's just right as a finish to the meal. The small amount of noodles is nice! From sushi to the closing ramen, it's all completed at this shop! 😄 The rich shrimp miso ramen might be a limited-time menu item. This time too it was an enjoyable dinner. Thank you very much. I'll come again! 😃

I made a reservation and visited on the first day of my Hokkaido trip. The inside of the shop had a calm atmosphere, and the staff's service was polite. I was a little nervous at the counter seat, but the itamae spoke to me naturally and I was able to relax. The food was all delicious and beautiful to look at. In particular, I found myself thinking uni, which I hadn't been able to like much until now, was "delicious", which surprised even me. My wife really liked the saikyo-yaki, and the crab cream croquette we ordered additionally also had a memorable taste. The next time I come to Hokkaido, I'd like to come again in winter and try the shirako. I was also able to chat naturally with the person at the next seat, and it became a nice little memory of the trip. Addendum I revisited at the end of March 2026. I ordered the same course as last time. Perhaps it coincided with farewell-party season, and it looked very busy. I understand being busy, but it really hit me hard to be left alone as a course customer while other customers' dishes kept being made right in front of me. How many tens of minutes must one wait for 5 pieces of sushi? The taste was good, so it was all the more disappointing. I won't be going again.
