Yakiniku restaurant

The wide variety of yakiniku dishes is distinctive of a restaurant directly operated by a butcher shop. There are also plenty of individual dishes, so even large groups can enjoy a generous meal. The concept of “王様の台所” is “table-order buffet.” Its appeal is the generous service allowing you to order as much as you like from the extensive yakiniku and individual-dish menus unique to a butcher-operated restaurant. Ideal for parties as well as families. Horigotatsu seating is also available. Ordering uses touch panels, so there's no need to call staff each time you order, letting you enjoy a relaxed meal like a “king.” High-quality yakiniku dishes made possible by direct butcher-shop operation are the attraction of “王様の台所.” For a wide range of customers to enjoy…

Meal: Dinner Day Visited: Tuesday Budget: ¥2,500 - ¥4,000/person Closest Station: Hassamu St. Reservation Needed?: Yes Payment: Cash; Credit Card Kid Friendly?: Yes English Menu?: No Fixed price yakiniku, with three options ranging in price from ¥2,500 to ¥4,000 per person. We opted for the least expensive/sophisticated option (¥2,500/person). The meats were tasty, but certainly not high end, which is available in the more expensive fixed price menu options. Price includes drink bar (non-alcoholic), soup, and desert (including soft serve ice cream). I’m not a huge fan of buffet style, or all-you-can-eat places, but this place worked. It’s certainly family friendly, and has private dining cabins, which is nice. Service was friendly and fast.

The meat was marinated too much and everything was salty, even the corn soup. Please tone down the salt usage so everyone can enjoy the bbq.

It's hard to figure out the rules at the start without Japanese, but the staff will do their best to explain how the ordering system works. Once ordered, the food arrives quickly. The meat of a high quality, full of flavour as well as the rest of the dishes we tried

Great place to bring friends, though the wait can be very long on weekends. Choose from 3 menus of increasing options. Though if you choose the cheapest option, they bring you a plate of stuff from the more expensive one just to tempt you...

I only ever order the luxury plan! Because I want beef tongue♡ It's always bustling with families♪ I feel like they used to have half portions of bibimbap and noodles, or was it only regular sizes…? The kids can have ice cream and popcorn too, so whenever we decide to go for yakiniku, they say, “We want the ousama place!” That's how much they love it♪
