An Italian-based dining bar committed to organic ingredients, vegetables, and seasonings. There are also many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Homemade natural-yeast bread is also popular. Drinks are plentiful too, including organic natural wines and organic straight juices. We also offer beer, cocktails, whiskey, and a variety of carefully chosen organic herbal teas.

Organic Plus is a bar and restaurant where everything is made fresh, and the staff let us know upfront that service would take some time. Each dish did take a while, but that’s completely understandable since there was only one person handling orders, serving, and preparing all the food and drinks. We could actually watch our food being prepared with so much dedication and care, so we didn’t mind the wait at all. If you’re in a rush, this might not be the place for you. The food tasted good and we tried multiple dishes. My only complaint would be the portion sizes, though the pricing felt fair for what was served. The drinks, however, were fantastic—especially their homemade ginger ale with whiskey, which was absolutely bomb. We still haven’t come across a ginger ale that good. The plum wine was also great. Definitely worth a revisit.

The food is very good though quite expensive for the size. Good vegetarian and vegan options. The cook/waiter is very relaxed so you mustn’t be in a rush. Also worth noting that plates come one by one so it’s more for sharing than a plate per person if you want to eat at the same time. Try the soy milk ice cream!

I only have a perspective on this place as a vegan, so I assume (judging by the overall reviews) the non vegan dishes are very different. But as a vegan...Avoid unless it's literally your only option. It is overpriced, yes, but sometimes it is worth it. This was not the case. Me and my partner tried a few dishes. Smoked tofu was flavourless. The soy "chicken" tasted like seiria dry soy meat that cost 100 yen per pack, boiled in unsalted water. The sauce was yummy, tasted like vinegar, sugar and say sauce. But when you take a bite the water from the "meat" squirts into your mouth and everything just tastes...like nothing... The fake fish was not bad. I think it's couscous? But the fries were very undercooked. The mushroom pasta was... Fine? The mushrooms were actually yummy but the pasta was too hard to be called al dente... The pickles and focaccia were good, but very small. I think this could be a good drink spot? The homemade ginger ale was okay, a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall I would skip, we paid 6k for a very mediocre dinner that left us hungry

This impressive one-cook restaurant is the best we have experienced in Sapporo! Not only is the food fresh, delicious, and organic, the chef literally makes everything himself. He greets, seats, takes orders, prepares and cooks, delivers, and cleans as he goes. He knows what he’s doing and he does it exceptionally well. He cautioned us upon entering that it will take some time for us to receive our food, but that was expected. All of the dishes were perfectly prepared and were so flavorful. We were offered an English menu and ordered in English. After reading the reviews, we knew to order and share multiple dishes. Each came out in a steady rhythm and were delicious. We ordered the smoked tofu and pickles, vegetable set, the soy fried “chicken”, grilled avocado, and vegetable pasta. It was more of a five or six course meal. And it was Perfection. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!! Bravo!
