It was a hidden gem recommended by our guide. It was quite cool to take the ski lift up to such a height and to imagine how scary it was to ski jump off from that height. Quite an eye-opening experience. It also offered a great view of sapporo, and was less crowded then Mt Moiwa.

We really enjoy the lift! It was so fun and chill. Con is, there’s really no available resto, just a cafe where you can buy ice cream and pop corn and a fine dining resto.

This has such a beautiful scenery especially in the night time. You can see whole Sapporo city from here. I was also enjoy seeing Sapporo city from the lift that they have for going up. If you like to take a good photos, this place is the one since it will not crowded so that you can focus on your work.

Can view them sapporo city and also experience the lift, but it close too early about 1700. If you want see both day and night view, take the lift about 1600, then you can see both.

Get close up to an Olympic ski jump (huge and steep) plus get great views of the Sapporo City area for a 600 Yen lift ticket. Free parking and a separate ski jump museum (extra entrance fee). For me the most exciting part is that a fair number of times that I've visited (about 40%) actual practice jumps happen, even in summer (think water ski, everything gets hosed down with enough water to slide). Pretty amazing to watch and if you are very lucky, you get to see some of Japan's top Olympic candidates practicing.
