I decided to try this ramen shop when I was wandering around and noticed that it was always packed with customers. This ramen shop only serves 50 bowls of ramen during dinnertime and only sells one type of ramen, miso. The flavor of the ginger starts to seep into the miso soup, giving these miso ramen a wonderful lift and combination. Ginger that is strong enough to taste its spice. They have a strong aromatic flavor that pairs well with miso soup. The noodles have a delicious chewy texture and are medium-thick curly noodles. It was very tasty, especially the pork topping. It should be one of the best Sapporo's miso ramen.

This was walking distance from my hotel in Sapporo. I decided to give it a try just because of how small and humble it looked. So glad I did! It is a spot for locals so English was limited, but there is only one item on the menu so that made ordering easier. Great miso ramen base with fresh vegetables. 👌 Worth the visit. Go early before it gets filled up.

Easily the best ramen I have ever had, I do understand the Miso ramen is a sapporo specialty. Glad I was able to try some at a place the does a great job. Definitely recommend stopping here for lunch. The menu is simple and the ramen is delicious

Always a queue in front of the Restaurant. But usually you'll get your food even during Lunch time within 20 Minutes. Ramen is quiet good, no english Menu. Stick with "miso ramen" and say "tamago" if you want an egg too. You can add rice by saying "Gohan". Very Friendly staff and very tasty, at least for a foreign tongue. Many chinese tourist sometimes, never seen a westerner though. Update: 2026, February, a Friday around 11. There was already a queue waiting and we managed to get in at 12:30. Ramen are still great, they now even have an English menu.

We ordered miso and miso tamago ramen. Both tastes good! The serving is too heavy for us we couldn’t finish the whole serving. We definitely recommend it!
