Place was good but a bit hard to find. I had visited the place during the dinner party arranged by AMED conference. Place was nice and clean, and can accommodate around 100 people for buffet. Food was tasty.

Hokudai's School of Engineering Cafeteria. You can get a pretty hearty lunch for less than 500 yen. Closed on Sundays and during School Holidays (Obon, New Years, etc.). I personally love their tonkatsu curry and cold noodle dishes.
