It is a homey restaurant that requires reservations, where you take off your shoes and change into slippers. The kind owner and his wife welcome you and provide attentive service. The restaurant also has a lovely, comfortable atmosphere. The ハンバーグ was so tender and delicious—I was completely satisfied‼︎ Mini ramen instead of soup‼︎ The broth had a lovely dashi flavor, and this was delicious too. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I had been curious about this restaurant for ages. The owner’s husband was very kind, and the food was delicious too. For some reason, soy sauce ramen 🍜 came out as the soup, but that was delicious too! The main ハンバーグ was on the softer side and absolutely delicious. Maybe I will try ドリア next time.

A tucked-away restaurant in 西岡 🍚 Ordered the ハンバーグ set! It comes out like a little course meal: soup, salad, then the main 😁 And just as I had heard, the soup served here is actually soy sauce ramen, lol This mini soy sauce ramen is seriously tasty 😆 So good I would order it if they offered it on its own 😌 The salad was tasty too, with fresh vegetables and homemade dressing 🙌 Then the main ハンバーグ had a nicely flavored demi-glace sauce, and it went perfectly with rice〜😋 Small eaters, be warned: the ramen and salad alone might fill you up, lol I also run the Hokkaido food blog “がうめし” 🍚

2019.4.3. The restaurant is at the top of a hill, so getting there by bicycle was pretty tough. Perhaps it is a room in a detached house; the interior is small, with about 6 counter seats and roughly 2 tables for 2. The owner is an elderly gentleman in a bow tie, and it feels as though he runs it as a hobby. The lunch steak set, 250 grams (USAロース). The meat was cooked rare. The soup turned out to be mini ramen, an unexpected letdown right off the bat. They carefully cut the sinew before grilling the meat on the iron griddle right in front of you. The sides were eggplant, pumpkin, onion, and plenty of garlic. I love garlic, so that made me happy. The meat itself was tender, and with the sinew removed, it was very easy to eat despite being thick. The dipping sauce was delicious too. Next time, I would like to try the 煮込みハンバーグ, as mentioned in the restaurant’s name.

Reservations are normally required, but it happened to be quiet, so I was able to get in without one. The ハンバーグ was tender, probably made from a mixture of different cuts, with a natural sweetness from the meat. The sauce was red wine-based with a faint citrus aroma. The ビーフストロガノフ was delicious, with the sweetness of the vegetables holding its own against the beef sauce. It was wonderful to enjoy food of this quality at this price.
