It is a fun place to experience conveyor belt sushi in Sapporo. The food was good, although it wasn't particularly outstanding. However, the overall experience of choosing plates as they passed by on the conveyor belt made the meal enjoyable. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the service was efficient. Worth visiting for the experience, even if the sushi itself didn't quite stand out.
View on GoogleFirst off, the wait time is the biggest thing to talk about here. We got a number at 5:30 and got in at around 8-8:15. Now the good part about the queuing system is that you can get updates online or via Line, so you can actually monitor the queue remotely. We got a number, went back to our hotel, and went shopping while waiting. For the food itself, their sushi is quite good! I was quite happy with their minced gunkan sushi, both the minced salmon and their negitoro were quite good. It can be hard sometimes to find what you specifically want since the menu is so big though, but we liked what we got. We ended up eating around 15-16 plates for 2 people, but I know some people do that by themselves
View on GoogleIt was extremely crowded, signifying how popular and how many people enjoyed it. I walked through the gates of the restaurant and the fresh smell of the ocean hit our noses like we were next to the sea! We first started drinking warm matcha tea. The tea filled our soul with joy and warmth, giving us a taste we have never experienced before. We then ordered seared salmon, as the chefs were very experienced and handed it to us quickly. The salmon melted in our mouths and we scrubbed the plates clean. We then started eating tuna, as it was as fresh as a lake on a sunny day. The chefs were very kind as they allowed us to order uni. The uni was creamy as soft-served ice cream. Although the scallop tasted like dry chicken on a lump of rice, the shrimp tasted extraordinary and was delightful! After eating the shrimp, we ate soba and udon that was flavorful and let me enjoy the warmth of soup and broth. Once we ate the soba and udon, we ordered the crème brûlée. The crème brûlée was as rich as chocolate and it melted once I put it into my mouth. We were so surprised at how many plates my family ate because of how good it was! Overall, I would come back twice in a row!
View on GoogleOne of the best Kaitenzushi restaurant in Hokkaido, along with Toriton. The atmosphere is super energetic, and the qualities of sushi is beyond expectation. I strongly recommend to those visiting Sapporo. I strongly recommend that you arrive here about 30 minutes before opening. There is a kiosk where you can get a receipt with your designated number and a QR code to find how many guests are ahead of you. When you register your email, it will let you know when there's about 5 groups left ahead of you. The place is located on the 6th floor of the JR Tower Stellar Place, so there are plenty of things to do while you wait.
View on GoogleThe sushi was super fresh and delicious in every bite, and the staff were very attentive. The prices also felt really worth it for the quality. This is definitely a very popular conveyor belt sushi spot, so expect a long wait even after getting a queue number. The restaurant was also quite noisy, so it might not be the best choice if you prefer a quiet place to eat.
