We arrived at 7:10 pm on Thursday, a regular working day. The sign clearly states that the café operates until 8:00 pm and that each session lasts 30 minutes. However, we were refused entry. The staff member simply said “no today” and, when asked why, made no attempt to explain the reason. Even allowing for limited English, it would have been possible to offer at least a basic explanation out of courtesy, especially if there were unexpected circumstances. At the very least, the information displayed should have been updated or removed if the café was not operating as indicated. As we specifically came so the children could spend time with the rabbits, it would have been entirely reasonable for the staff member to use a translation tool to communicate the situation. The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming, and the children were very disappointed

My mother and I had a wonderful time petting rabbits. We had made a reservation via Facebook a few weeks prior but we arrived an hour early and they were able to accommodate us. It looks like they can only really take two people at a time, so I think reserving a time was a good idea regardless. The proprietors were very nice and we each had approximately 15 minutes with a rabbit of our choice after which, we were able to choose another to pet for approximately 15 minutes. The rabbits were very polite and soft. It was a very mentally healing experience.

Very cute rabbits with a very friendly owner! The entire experience was very therapeutic, petting calm bunnies and having a drink! Highly recommend :)
