Awesome, the Gyoza and the ramen just a perfect match...Thank you chef for setting us some amazing dishes...

26/6/28(Sun)14:20 Seating: tables for 4 ×2, a table for 3 ×1, raised seating for 6 and 4, 5 counter seats. There is parking for 6 cars, but they need to be parked in tandem. This place is ideal for manual workers and others who want a hearty meal. I'll post the menu 📷, but set meals such as 回鍋肉, 麻婆豆腐, and 生姜焼 come with 300g of rice, soup, and takuan. The soup is made with chicken bones, pork bones, and vegetable stock, with a little wakame and long green onion; it's probably the ramen broth at the preparation stage. As a middle-aged woman, I ordered the popular カツカレー with small rice, 150g. They asked whether I was okay with the price staying the same. The flavor isn't exceptionally delicious, but has a sweetness that seems likely to appeal to everyone. It's not spicy. I went after 14:00. They apparently had enough rice for us, but then ran out. They said rice dishes couldn't be made until the next batch was cooked, but noodles were available. It seems family-run, by an elderly couple and apparently their son. The service was polite.

I think the atmosphere and value are good. The people at the restaurant were polite too, and I was impressed by the wonderful service from the young person who served the food. I had カツカレー and あんかけ焼きそば, both filling and delicious. Both were seasoned on the sweet side, giving them a distinctive character unlike other places, which I think is nice.

This is their signature カツカレー; あんかけ焼きそば and 生姜焼き are also recommended. The curry is home-style and not very spicy 🍛 The katsu is crispy and satisfying, and considering the portion, it's good value 🙆‍♀️ The lunch menu is pretty good too. I haven't tried everything, but plan to work through it gradually, so I'll keep coming ❗️

I had カツカレー and あんかけ焼きそば. The curry sauce was sweet as other reviews said, and I also noticed a sauce-like flavor. Perhaps because it went with the thick katsu… I usually eat spicy curry elsewhere, but this place made me think sweet curry sauce can be nice too 😊 (It's personal preference… perhaps partly because I like sauce on katsu…) The portion was generous for a regular size, and I like the curry sauce covering everything ♫ The disappointing point may be that there are hardly any ingredients in the sauce… The あんかけ焼きそば… also has a sweet base, but I felt it started tasting salty as I ate… There was plenty of meat, with the other ingredients and vegetables nicely balanced… something like that. It was easy to eat and delicious 😊
