Classic Ramen place, small shop one man show. Great service from the cook, smiling and even helping us to take a group photo. He also offered English menu and that helped us a lot. The miso butter corn ramen was delicious and so filling. We enjoyed watching him cook and love the ambiance. Though it can be uncomfortable because of the big fire coming out from his stove. And if we stayed there long enough, we probably would smelled like ramen too. But what was he busy frying when what we have ordered are ramen? Turned out that he fried the bean sprouts before adding it into the broth and ramen. When we reached there about 1.50pm on Friday, there was no queue. Inside the shop probably has less than 15 seats. We were lucky to have enough seats for 4 of us. Definitely would recommend anyone to try this ramen shop.

This is good ramen restraunt, you can enjoy toeat ramen. There has long history around 100 years. I ate Miso ramen add on Chawshuw= roasted pork.

Savory thick broth with 3 slices (palm-size) of delicious charsyu, complimented with crunchy mung bean sprouts and green onion sprinkled on the al dente ramen. Great start of our brunch.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years, every time I come to Sapporo. Recommend their Miso Corn Butter Ramen. The extra pork is a bit overkill as each of the three slices is huge.
