Despite the high rating on Tabelog, this was the worst dining experience I've had in Sapporo. While the regular staff were fine, the owner (or manager) completely ruined the mood with his appalling customer service. First, he seated us at the worst table right in front of the entrance. The serving pace was completely rushed; dishes kept coming out before we even finished the previous ones, giving us no time to actually enjoy the meal. His attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My younger brother politely said "Arigato gozaimasu," but the owner completely ignored him every single time. The worst part was at the checkout. I was simply taking a moment to check the total amount on the bill, and he irritably snapped, "OK?!" at me. When my brother said "Keisan" (check) in Japanese, he openly frowned at him. My brother then pointed at his credit card, and the owner just bluntly said "Check?" with a terrible attitude. I highly advise against visiting this place. The person in charge clearly lacks basic manners and respect for customers.

I tried their set menu (13 courses including one appetiser tray, 10 skewers, 1 palate cleanser and 1 staple dish). All the skewers are rich in flavour and very nice - the highlight for me are the chicken neck and their Hokkaido cheese - superb!!!! It has been full house since 4pm. The drink menu was great - reasonable price and really abundant choices of wines! The chef speaks very good English and was very attentive. Will probably come back and order some ala carte

This is a awesome restaurant! The 9 small dishes set is yum! The skewers are excellent! Chicken gizzard, chicken wings, chicken heart, chicken heart everything so perfect!

Amazing food and service. Especially loved the egg rolls with chicken broth! The best I've ever had. Overall experience was 10/10👍🏻😊
