Clean, very homey, and their ramen is very simple yet very flavorful and cheap too! There are only 3? 4? tables at the far end of the place and the rest are countertops and probably can seat 20 people(max) then you wait in line to get seated. Waiting is inside the building so it's no bother :)
View on GoogleSince my wife and I discovered it 10 years ago, it’s been our go to for consistently superior tasting ramen, fried rice and friendly service.
View on GoogleI ordered a large portion of tonkotsu soy sauce ramen. I think the price is on the cheap side. I tried a sip of the special miso soup, and personally I prefer this one over the Tonden miso ramen I had before, since it has red miso in it. Honestly, the chashu isn't very good. It'd be fine without it. There is one table seating 7–8 people, two tables seating 4, and about 15 counter seats. The parking lot in front of the shop fits about 10 cars. 2026/05 I ordered the tonkotsu special miso with rice. I added the garlic, ground sesame, and ichimi chili pepper on the table. It was a taste I like and it was delicious.
View on GoogleThe shop's popular menu item is the Tonden miso ramen, but the clear soup salt ramen looked delicious so I ordered that. The soup is clear and the flavor is simple, but this is exactly the kind you never get tired of! It was so good that I want to try the other flavors next time. The service was good too 👍🏻
View on GoogleMenzo in Tonden, Kita Ward, Sapporo, is loved by the locals. I had the Tonden miso ramen, and the soup is rich yet not heavy, clinging to the noodles, and it's delicious! The shop is clean, with none of the sticky floors you often find in ramen shops! It seems the owner is particular about cleaning too. On the 23rd of every month, "Tomi no Hi," ramen is 100 yen off. On the 7th of every month, "Shige no Hi," drinks are free — a generous service that's rare these days! Look for the yellow sign. It's perfect for the coming cold season, it warms you right up. I'll definitely be back ⭐
