Incredible and unique taste ramen! I promise you cannot find the similar taste in any other ramen. Underrated and not proper marketing. If we do not stay at the nearby hotel, we cannot find this ramen stall by google or gourmet websites. You should try once to know why it’s so special!

Very good shio butter ramen that makes me heavily rethink my pledge to tonkotsu

Went all the way there and it was closed‼️ Visited 2019.8.19 (Mon) Visited 2019.11.11 (Mon) From the subway "Nakajima Koen Station," a 7-minute walk The noodles are Nishiyama Seimen's medium-thick curly noodles❗️ I ordered half curry & shio butter ramen 1,200 yen. The soup is a paitan broth simmered from chicken bones and pork bones❗️ Because of the butter, it was too heavy and I gave up‼️ The water is hydrogen water! There are also photos of the owner with Oh, Ichiro, and Akina Nakamori on display‼️

The owner looks like he was asleep until just a moment ago. You can't choose your own seat. Even if there are only two people in the shop, you're made to sit packed in from the kitchen-entrance side where it's easy to serve the bowls. Let people sit with some room when it's not crowded. The taste is just what you'd imagine: old Showa-style shio ramen with butter added. The water is (apparently) end-of-Heisei knockoff hydrogen water, put in reused plastic bottles.

A late-night-diner-like ramen shop near the hotel. The meat is very smooth, juicy, and fresh. The ramen is made with wheat flour and is very springy, and the broth is rich—perfect for winter. Just point at the best ramen and the boss will bring you a steaming hot bowl. The boss saw I was from out of town and tried hard to communicate with me. A ramen shop full of human warmth.
