We were roaming around the area looking for some place to have lunch on a sunday afternoon and decided to go here. They have lots of parking spaces. We were able to get a sear quickly as well. We ordered ramen and it arrived quickly as well. One of my friends spilled some food and the staff was quick to clean it up as well. The place seems to be popular as we saw many people coming and going.
View on GoogleDelicious Hokkaido miso ramen that comes in a variety of styles including vegetarian, stronger or weaker flavouring, flame grilled chashu (pork strips) or different degrees of spiciness. I'm not sure if they have an English menu or not.

View on Google麺場田所商店, a miso ramen shop in Hiragishi. Besides Hokkaido, Shinshu, and Kyushu, you can enjoy ramen made with various miso such as Ise, Edomae, and limited-time Ibaraki miso. This time I had aburi chashu Kyushu mugi miso. 3 big, thick slices of chashu—bam❗️ Then a substantial satsuma-age characteristic of Kyushu—another bam‼️ The barley miso is somewhat pale, light and sweet, and together with the thickish curly noodles makes a satisfying meal. Next time I'm thinking of adding miso chahan and miso karaage for a full-on miso feast. Miso is a treasure of the Japanese people. Thank you for the meal.
