It's called Qinghai mianpian, noodles made by cutting flattened udon. Also recommended for people who like knife-cut noodles! It has glass noodles, green peppers, cabbage, and ground lamb, and it's pleasantly spicy and delicious! Adding the chili oil packed with chili peppers they have at the shop makes it even better! The shop seems to be run by a married couple. I got the impression they might not speak much Japanese? If you ever want to eat authentic flavors different from the Chinese food you usually eat, I really hope you'll give it a try.
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant whose entrance door is a regular household door. They use a light broth and unique noodles. Inside, there's a row of very ordinary tables and a counter.
View on GoogleIt's from Xi'an, near my hometown. Very satisfied — so delicious you could call it amazing. The soup is richer than the taste back home, and it goes perfectly with the aroma of parsley. I'll go again.
