Good food and excellent service. The recommended 3 type ramen is highly recommended, especially the shrimp soup stock. The noodles are chewy and just right. Recommended highly.

For lunch today, I had a large serving of the koku-uma roasted soy sauce ramen at Menya Kaze. It was my first visit. Hmm, maybe it's based on dried fish flakes. The broth is strong, but not thick or fishy, and it's delicious. I almost drank every last drop. The noodles are from Kanejin Seimen. They're not especially chewy, but their smoothness, bite, and aroma might have more going for them than Nishiyama Seimen's. Delicious. Plus, it's cheap in the morning! It's a little off the national highway, and the Iekei ramen chain along the road really stands out, but although they're different styles, I think this place definitely tastes better as ramen (depending on your preferences). It was a place I'd like to visit again. Thanks for the meal!

【 I like the fresh lamb roast rice 】 At this restaurant, not just the ramen's flavor, but the service and side dishes too are carefully thought out★ The staff are very kind★ Both ordering and paying were pleasant experiences. My recommendation is “fresh lamb roast rice” Lamb is unusual as a ramen shop side dish, but it isn't heavy like Jingisukan don, and strikes a perfect balance, without interfering with the delicate broth's lingering flavor. The meat is cooked perfectly too, retaining a rare feel without any gamey smell! The ramen, including roasted soy sauce and Ise ebi flavors, has deep layers of aroma and umami, and pairs well with the thin noodles★ There's also an early-bird discount, so timing your visit makes it a good deal♪ A great restaurant with all three: flavor, service, and atmosphere★ The combination of ramen and fresh lamb rice is something you should try at least once★
